The location was perfect, just a short walk from Times Square and the Empire State Building, making it convenient for exploring the city's iconic landmarks. the central Manhattan location near restaurants, bars, and shopping added to the charm of our visit. The room itself was a haven of comfort and cleanliness, with modern amenities like free WiFi and a well-lit work desk. the absence of carpet made the space feel refreshingly clean, and the bathroom products provided were of excellent quality, though liquid hand soap would have been a preferable option. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - from the friendly reception team to the quick and helpful service man, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly elevated our experience. Overall, Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea exceeded our expectations. the combination of excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive service made our romantic escape to the city unforgettable.
